Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Recreational Gymnastics
Refunds for sessions will only be allowed with a doctors release, extenuating circumstances or if your spot can be filled with a waitlisted person within 30 days of session start. In order to request a refund a detailed letter must be emailed to acrostarsgymnastics@gmail.com. Competition girls can only medical release out for refunds for the September-March.
Tiny Tots
Refunds for sessions will only be allowed with a doctors release, extenuating circumstances or if your spot can be filled with a waitlisted person within 30 days of session start.
